JobFit is a fully funded training framework that works with employers to design bespoke training programmes, creating a recruitment pathway that ensures candidates are job-ready from day one.

With over 1,015 learners enrolled, a 90% completion rate and more than 70% achieving positive outcomes to date, the programme is expanding across East Lothian, Edinburgh, Fife, Midlothian, the Scottish Borders and West Lothian.
