Description
In today’s evolving health and social care market, workforce challenges are placing significant pressure on employers. To navigate these challenges the sector requires a workforce equipped with a range of higher-level skills including Technological Proficiency and strong Management and Leadership capabilities.
The Advanced Training will support the sector to meet these challenges by delivering bespoke training to upskill the existing workforce and attract new talent.
Examples of Advanced Training for this sector might include, but not limited to:
Digital literacy & Data Analysis for H&SC, Cultural Literacy, Financial Management, Laboratory Skills, Teamwork, Management and Leadership
