Description
This is a two-week practical course that offers you training specifically tailored to the Hospitality sector with recognised certificates. You will also receive employability skills support and have the option of attending a guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer.
This training will focus on preparing you to apply for roles such as a Catering Assistant, Housekeeper and Kitchen Porter.
Introduction to Food Hygiene and/or Responsible Service of Alcohol.

An insight into the sector from industry professionals
CV building and interview skills support
A guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer
