Description
The land and rural skills sector face a multitude of challenges, including labour shortages, difficulty accessing training and attracting and retaining workers. The job market in this sector is diverse and includes agriculture, aquaculture, environmental conservation equine, game and wildlife, horticulture, land-based engineering, rural skills, trees and timber.
The Advanced Training will support the sector to meet these challenges by delivering bespoke training in key skill areas.
Examples of Advanced Training training for this sector might include, but not limited to:
Horticulture and Environmental Management, Digital Skills for Rural Businesses, Rural Tourism and Hospitality, Farm Diversification, Management and Leadership
