Description
Tourism, Hospitality and Culture are dynamic and growing sectors offering diverse employment opportunities requiring a strong customer-focused skillset. The Advanced Training will provide customised programmes to upskill employees to enable the sectors to remain competitive and adapt to evolving industry demands, including digitalization and shifts in customer expectations and services.
Examples of Advanced Training for this sector might include, but not limited to:
Digital literacy, Data Analysis, Cultural Literacy, Financial Management, Teamwork, Management and Leadership
